The Chiusa di Rio, is set on sweet natural terraces surrounded with olive grove and vineyard with panoramic swimming pool in the heart of the countryside just 2 kilometres from the ancient town of Rio nell’Elba on the eastern side of the Island of Elba. All the apartments are modern furnished with taste, each has its own private entrance and parking space, and all have kitchenette with electric rings, tv, bathroom with shower and fully equipped portico and terrace with table and chairs for eating outside as well as use of a barbecue to be shared by all the guests. Wi-Fi is free in the common areas too. The Cota Quinta is directly on the sea overlooking the bay of Nisporto. Thanks to the different levels on which the Villa is settled, each apartment has an independent entrance and a balcony or a veranda with garden table and chairs to appreciate the beautiful sea sight. All apartments are comfortable and provided with equipped kitchenettes, air conditioning in the living room, TV.Wi-Fi is free in the common areas too. Two comfortable parking areas give you the possibility to leave the car inside the property and to walk down a short flight of steps to the Residence. The bay of Nisporto is a tiny and very quiet and peaceful tourist resort far away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The beach is made up of sand mixed with shingle, only 300 metres from the apartments and while part of it is free, the bathing establishment on the other part provides sun umbrellas, sun beds, pedalos as well as a bar and a Diving centre. Although Nisporto is only a small village it offers all the facilities and here you will find minimarkets, bar, restaurants and pizzeria.
